Clean the World is a non profit organization with a mission to reduce the amount of waste in landfills and to prevent the millions of deaths caused by hygiene related illnesses. They follow this by recycling, refurbishing, and distributing soap from hotels that would have otherwise been thrown away and give it to children in third world countries and domestic shelters. Teens Go Green is excited to work with such an incredible organization.
Every second Satuday of the month Clean the World hosts Super Soapy Satuday for volunteers to clean the recycled soap from the hotels. Teens Go Green and Cypress Creek UNICEF came with other volunteers one Satuday cleaning over 1000 pounds of soap. If you're interested in being a part of this, please schedule a time at this link: http://www.supersaas.com/schedule/cleantheworld_calendar/Clean_the_World_Volunteers

Get REAL is a non profit organization that spreads awareness of eating disorders. Led by one of my biggest role models Allison Kreiger Walsh, Miss Florida 2006, I have been inspired to also help by collecting jeans for their jean drive (go green!) and raise funds for their organization.
Get REAL Video: sent to 7,000 schools across Florida so they can get the message to prevent eating disorders from acting. I was in the scene Blue Jeans 4 True Jeans and you can see the video as it was featured on the news! http://www.clickorlando.com/video/24459592/deo/24459592/

Love Letters Cares is founded by Miss Kaitlyn Chana, a caring and beautiful lady whose mission is to create positive and inspirational homemade cards for less fortunate children. I am proud to be her Orlando Chapter organizer and I work with local boy scouts, girl scouts, neighbors, teen peers and student council members from Southwest middle school to create homemade cards with bright colored pictures and uplifting messages. We used paper scraps left from other school projects and collect used leftover crayons and color pencils from friends and neighbors.

Go Green Daytona created HallowGreen and I was head for the fashion show that was held. I made designs out of my old newspapers, rice bags, garment bags, and other used items which will help me in my pursuit of becoming an eco-friendly fashion designer! Above are the models and myself after the fashion show was over.
XL 106.7 radio station's DJ's Johnny and Jayde put together Operation Princess Project, where they collected used gowns for girls who are in need of one for prom but can't afford one. I was able to help the girls find dresses and meet Johnny and Jayde. This really helps with the green initiative by reusing the dresses, so I used the opportunity to talk about TGG.
